and candidates, becoming the agency of choice for many Blue Chip, SME’s and
Public Sector organisations.
Within
just 2 years, our client has become the largest education recruiters in the UK
and is now established as one of the key “players” in this fast growing market.
Our
client having established key clients and pipeline, are planning significant
growth over the next 6 months. They are looking for bright enthusiastic
individuals who are interested in the job satisfaction and financial reward
that good consultants have become accustomed to.
You
will need to be resilient in your approach and a straight talking clear
communicator, comfortable with talking and negotiating over the phone as well
as face-to-face. You will need to have a genuine interest in pursuing
recruitment as a career and be committed to undertake intensive training to
achieve the results that this high performing team have come to expect.
In
return you will be paid a basic starting salary of up £21,000 along with
an uncapped commission scheme that is amongst the very best in the
industry. Provided that you work and train hard you should see
financial reward in the region of £35,000 pa in your first 1-2 years and
£60,000 plus once fully trained. Top performers earn in excess of £100k
per annum.
You
will need to have the following skills to be successful in this role
- Good
Education, degree no necessary
- Telesales or Direct sales.
- Natural sales ability.
- Be
hungry, driven and be highly money motivated.
