Salary & Incentive Packages
Put simply, they offer exceptional rewards to exceptional people. Basics range between £20,000 - 22,000 and there are regular pay reviews at 6, 12 and 24 months. Their commission scheme rewards talent and 1st year OTEs are £35k, 2nd year OTEs are £60k and their top biller earns £200k a year. These are very realistic OTEs. You'll be selling their recruitment services to a wide range of companies - both SMEs and blue-chips. You will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing your own business. You'll be developing your own list of clients that then come back to you with repeat business. The role is mainly phone-based but client visits will also be part of your job. This is a demanding role and only suitable for those willing to give it their all. They provide structured, formal training that will develop your natural sales skills.

What You Need To Do
To succeed you'll need to be a brilliant communicator, able to engage people and be naturally persuasive. You'll need to show us how ambitious you are, by telling us what you've previously achieved and what you're aiming for next. You must be able to demonstrate a positive outlook, as it's essential in a sales role.
They have offices in London, Reading, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Amsterdam and Munich. If you are looking to work in any of their European Offices you must be able to speak the relevant language to the Country. They have one European team that are currently based in their London offices but will be relocating to Paris so candidates who speak French would be desirable.
