I am working alongside a number of the top boutique and blue chip recruitment companies in London. These companies work across the entire main city sectors including Finance, IT, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Media, Marketing, Sales Legal, Education, Exec Search, Engineering, Property, Legal.

Currently, recruiters with at least 6 months experience are in high demand across all sectors, and now is a great opportunity to move roles if you feel you are a proven biller but could do better or earn more in a different company.

With at least 6 months experience, you can also move sectors as long as you can show evidence of good billings within that time frame as well as new business development. Ideally, you will also be degree educated or have an extensive sales background.

Basic salaries range from 25-40k depending on experience, with an OTE of 80k+ first year. With competitive commission structures on a sliding scale up to 35% of whatever you bill.

If you are a good biller but on a poor commission structure or a discretionary bonus policy this is the perfect time to recieves the rewards that you deserve. If you are an experienced recruiter looking to move roles in London, apply using the means provided and I will be happy to guide you into your next recruitment role.
