Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Finance Recruitment
Basic c. £20k, OTE £40k. Excellent benefits and training!

Ideally you will be a Graduate with 6 months Banking or Finance recruitment experience. Alternatively, candidates who have post-graduate Finance or Accountancy experience in a blue-chip organisation will also be considered. Founded in the City of London in 1968, our client provides an unrivalled recruitment service to the Financial Services sector. They have grown their business immensely and now have an additional dedicated team who focus on sectors outside of Financial Services. All Recruitment Consultants are split into core teams – with each one focusing on finding junior through to senior level candidates. Within each team, at least one Recruitment Consultant has previously worked within their chosen industry, so there is a huge amount of knowledge and contacts to utilise to make you successful! This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will develop your basic sales skills into the sales skills of a sales star!! This role will be autonomous and an excellent development role for those looking for management potential. You will be involved in all aspects of the Recruitment process from interviewing candidates to conducting client visits as well as being actively involved with senior consultants and their business activities. The desk that you will be working on will consist of the recruitment of both temporary and permanent candidates, so you will be required to work quickly on existing vacancies as well as developing new business and vacancies through pro-active cold calling. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with recruitment experience to develop their recruitment career further in a world-class, market leading recruitment organisation!!
