Salary & Incentive Packages Put simply, they offer exceptional rewards to exceptional people. Basics of £18,000 and there are regular pay reviews at 6, 12 and 24 months. Their commission scheme really rewards talent and 1st year OTEs are £35k+, 2nd year OTEs are £60k+ and our top biller earns £200k a year. The Role You'll be selling their recruitment services to a wide range of companies - both SMEs and blue-chips. You will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing your own business. You'll be developing your own list of clients that then come back to you with repeat business. The role is mainly phone-based but client visits will also be part of your job. This is a demanding role and only suitable for those willing to give it their all. To achieve success they know they need to give our people the right tools, so they provide structured, formal training that will develop your natural sales skills.
