Our Client is one of the UK’s most innovative pharmaceutical companies specialising in human pharmaceuticals and animal health. Founded in the 1950’s the animal health division is now the 8th largest veterinary pharmaceutical company in the UK. Selling through Veterinary Surgery’s, they promote a wide range of both therapeutic and preventative products for dogs, cats, rabbits, horses and farm animals.
This is a field sales role which will be split into two parts. As a Trainee Field Sales Executive half of your time will be spent on new business development whilst the rest will be spent on account management. Your clients will be veterinary surgeons and their healthcare staff, and you will be required to present information whilst they are working. This means that you will have to take a consultative sales approach because the sales cycle for such products will not be as quick as in other industries.
You will also benefit from the award winning meta – morphose sales training programme. You will be assigned your own independent coaching and support manager who will play a key part in your success as well as receiving the best support possible from your company. You will also receive a well known and recognised ISMM certificate upon successful completion of your first year.
Our Client is looking for proactive, self motivated individuals to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, confident and articulate with the ability to present information to a variety of people at all levels. This is a very busy role and fairly high powered, so you need to be able to portray professionalism and gain respect at all times.
