Trainee Client Issues Analyst

We are looking for a Trainee Client Issues Analyst for our Help Desk team which is part of our Client Services Division.

Our Help Desk Team are the front line service to our customers. As an Analyst you will be speaking with our customers and working through their questions and problems effectively and efficiently.

The role involves analysis and research work as well as managing the problems to remedy any problems as soon as possible.

This role is a trainee role and would be suited to a graduate or a candidate with equivalent experience that has some knowledge and/or experience in the business/finance industry.

Alternatively, it may be suited to someone with some customer service experience that is keen to work in the F&O industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as well as the ability to work in a team.
