Our Client is at the forefront of the Personal Protection Equipment market. The Company is part of chemicals division of a global oil company, and provides innovative market leading products to major distributors such as Arco and Greenham.
This will be a varied field sales role. As a Trainee Area Sales Manager your main focus will be on new business development of Key Area Distributors (KADS). There will also be an aspect of account management, in that you will have to provide after sales support to your clients and commercial support if necessary. You will attend quarterly business review meetings with each KAD providing an excellent level of customer service ensuring that full advantage is being taken of any promotions available. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with your client base. To aid you in this you this you will be working closely with the marketing team to identify suitable motivational rewards to implement incentives for the KAD sales team.
Our Client is dedicated to providing excellent training and you will be taught all the relevant technical knowledge required to fulfil this role. In addition to this you will benefit from the award winning meta-morphose sales training programme and will be assigned your own independent coaching and support manager who will play a key part in your success, as well as receiving the best support possible from your company. You will also receive a well known and recognised ISMM certificate upon successful completion of your first year.
To be successful as a Trainee Area Sales Manager you be able to demonstrate a creative approach to sales, and strong business acumen. Our Client is looking for individuals of graduate calibre with the ability to organise their time effectively. You must be enthusiastic, confident and approachable.
