EXPIRY NOTICE: This job has now expired and will not be accepting any more applications.

My client is looking for enthusiastic, charismatic money motivated individual who loves the buzz of sales. This is an entry level position with extensive training and a clear path to progress within the company. Start as a Trainee Media Sales Consultant and end up an Advertisement Executive. You do not need to have sales experience but you do need to be confident, well spoken and motivated.

The company has over 100 consumer, business and customer publications with editions circling the globe. With offices spread across the world and the opportunity to relocate down the road this is a very exciting opportunity for a Graduate.

What will you be doing?

To begin with your role will be selling advertising space over the telephone; this is where you learn the sales skills and gain media industry knowledge that will be the bedrock of your future career. You generally start off selling smaller adverts, called classified adverts and when you have proved yourself here career development can be swift. Your role will evolve to selling complicated, long term advertising campaigns to larger clients requiring you to meet your clients face to face and present how and why your media products fit with their marketing strategies. If man management is an area you want to progress into, then it is an option too.
