Temporary Recruitment Consultant – Finance Recruitment
Basic c. £20,000+, OTE £30,000 plus excellent benefits!!
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience working a fast paced, high volume temporary desk, anyone from a high street agency would be highly sought after even if you have permanent experience! Alternatively if you have over 1 years experience in a business to business sales environment with a demonstrable track record of revenue generation and client development you will be considered. Aside from this you must be a driven, target-orientated salesperson with excellent communication skills who is both ambitious and articulate.

As a Temporary Recruitment consultant you will be taking over a warm desk within the finance sector, one of the most successful arms of the business throughout the UK. You will inherit a blue chip client portfolio of household names and you will also have access to a well established database of clients in the North West.
Your role will be to source and recruit temporary and contract finance professionals for businesses across the North West. You will be responsible for business development and client relationship management as well as candidate sourcing, interviewing and management.
