Telephone Distribution refers to our complex system of telephone based sales and is at the cutting edge of our retail business, with responsibility for ensuring our customers are both buying our products and buying the products that are right for them. This area of our business is essential to growth and to providing our customers with the service they want and expect. You’ll get the opportunity to focus on key areas including technology, team management and large volume sales.
At the end of your two year rotation, you’ll have picked up the necessary skills to become a team manager, and you could progress to lead a sales team of advisors.
Ideally you’ll expect to graduate with a 2:1 but your degree subject is less important to us than your ability to communicate with people in a helpful and reassuring manner.
