Job summary

Cigna UK HealthCare Benefits is looking for a graduate to join our marketing team. The 6 month project will involve supporting our marketing strategy and customer contact strategy to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Project Objectives:

To help the business connect with key prospects, drive sales, understand the needs of customers and source new sales opportunities.

Planned Output and Outcomes:

The aim of this project is to coordinate marketing campaigns, help the company to increase its market share, build brand awareness, establish relationships with potential customers, and to build a sales pipeline and gather important customer feedback and information.

Role Discription:

  • work with marketing colleagues to develop and schedule marketing campaigns aimed at employers
  • work with sales colleagues to identify and research sales leads in preparation for telemarketing activity
  • work with marketing colleagues to develop call scripts which focus on topics of interest to target employers
  • schedule and deliver telemarketing activity to capture insight on employers and identify sales opportunities
  • keep accurate and detailed records of calls made, reactions and results achieved
  • administer direct marketing campaigns and communications, report on, measure and analyse the results
  • deliver all of the above following all relevant corporate and regulatory guidelines

 

Skills/Experience

Educated to degree standard preferably in a Business, Marketing or Social Sciences discipline

  • telemarketing experience, preferably B2B but not a necessity
  • excellent telephone manner and confidence with unscripted conversation
  • well developed desk research skills
  • self starter who can organise workload and prioritise in line with deadlines
  • friendly personality, who can work effectively on own and as part of a team

 

Qualifications

Educated to degree standard, preferably in a Business, Marketing or Social Sciences discipline
