Technical Systems Manager Salary up to ú27K plus Car, Laptop and Mobile Based Coventry, West Midlands Our client is the leading UK marketer and distributor of industrial and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products. They strive to provide exceptional one-to-one service to their customers; professionals working in engineering, maintenance, site safety and purchasing. They are currently looking to recruit a Technical Systems Manager to manage and develop their Vendor Managed Inventory Systems. Improving and streamlining the delivery of technical solutions to their customers to secure the organisation as the Global choice for Vendor Management Inventory is key to this role. This role ensures that the business and customers alike are using the systems to their full capability. You will be involved in the development of the system; its implementation and understanding at customer sites throughout the UK and Europe. The candidate will be a technical graduate (IT, Electrical or Engineering), with at least two years experience in building and managing databases. You will be a technical / business ôall rounderö with a background in IT systems, such as Access/SQL/Oracle looking to move into a commercial role. A customer focused individual you will be a problem solver who thinks strategically, and acts tactically.
