The Graduate Scheme
Our two-year graduate programme is designed for individuals who have completed or are just about to complete their degree, achieved a 2:2 or higher in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, systems, aerospace, software, aeronautical), Maths, Physics or similar and who have a minimum of 240 UCAS points.

As a Technical & Engineering or Operations graduate you will follow a modular formal development programme providing you with a series of challenging placement opportunities to develop your key technical skills.

A placement will typically last about 6 months and in addition to core placements within your specialist area you will additionally be encouraged to undertake a placement outside of your ’home’ area to broaden your skills and knowledge.
