We are now looking for an experienced individual to provide general technical support at our office in Otley, near Leeds. You will be supporting our in house product, apoint and apoint+, a leading software package at the forefront of the industry.
With a background in IT gained from work experience or through university, you will be accustomed to liaising with clients and colleagues. As the primary contact for all of our technical issues and queries you will provide an efficient and professional service, ensuring that all faults are diagnosed quickly and offer a solution that benefits all.
We pride ourselves on our excellent client and customer service so first rate communication skills are essential as you will be providing 1st line client system support on a regular basis.
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject, the successful candidate will come from an IT background. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills in a busy IT environment and there may be an opportunity for the right candidate to progress to a software developer.
