Diageo have an exciting role for a Graduate to focus on the data protection and maintenance nature of the business, and will supply an intern with excellent experience in the analysis & collation of market info. This 12 month placement, based in Menstrie in Clackmannanshire, will give the graduate valuable experience in a real business environment to support their development as a business professional.

Job Description

The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide a fresh graduate with rich and valuable experience in a real business environment to support their development.

This specific project will provide a real value add opportunity to Diageo. This role is focused on the data protection and maintenance nature of the business, and will supply an intern with excellent experience in the analysis & collation of market info.

As the role is very much interested in the maintenance and control of system data it will include uploading of new data into the system, and data cleanse of current information held in the system to ensure up to date, relevant and that all links and shortcuts (and other system/excel tools) work effectively.

Main responsibilities will include:

•        Provision of information and updates of progress to the Lead Manager

•        Ability to monitor progress of project and meet deadlines

•        Ability to engage knowledgeable input from worldwide locations

•        Drive improvements in the process, where they are seen to be needed

In addition you will have the opportunity to get exposure to other areas within the function.

Qualifications

•        Minimum BSc/BA qualified in a relevant discipline, e.g. Business or Data Management.
