Our client is an international insurance company who is now recruiting for a Swedish or Norwegian or Danish customer service agent. The role will include:
Taking calls from clients
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four GCSEs at Grade C or above to include Maths and English. Previous experience in Financial Services would be desirable. Candidates will also need to be fluent in Swedish. The candidate will need to be an effective communicator and pay attention to detail. They will also need to be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
