The Support Function Analyst is the interface between the Support Functions Controller and the Support Functions Directors. The position is an integral part of the Support Functions management team. The SF Analyst uses operational knowledge and commercial awareness, allied to financial expertise and discipline, to drive cost control and improvement.
As the successful candidate you will help identify issues, target them and proactively offer workable, practical solutions. You will help to manage intra UK consolidation and external submission processes and will have regular liaison with EFSS. You will be required to build productive partnerships with the SF management and in the field. The impact and credibility to drive and help operational performance as part of the SF teams is essential. You must sift available data sources, develop and apply KPIs for the new and key business. As the SF Analyst you will implement monthly close, forecast and budget processes that best serve the SFs and assist in total UK monthly close, consolidation and submission processes that reconcile business requirements with external deadlines. Balancing financial control imperatives with customer focus is also required.
The successful candidate will be a newly qualified accountant, finalist, studier or equivalent ideally with 1 years experience in a similar role. You must have strong PC and systems skills with commitment to excel. Being customer orientated is key to this role. As the successful candidate you will have strong communication and analytical skills.
