As the Support Developer, you will liaise with external and internal sources and assist in developing bespoke systems for their recruitment. With demonstrable experience in a similar role you will be accustomed to using .NET platforms on a daily basis and will possess the ability to take ownership of any reported technical issues. As the Developer, you will be expected to maintain and support our web based applications, so experience of dynamic web application is essential. As each application uses a mix of Microsoft technologies, you must also have a background in ASP.NET, VB.NET and SQL Server based databases.
Working as the Support Developer you will be the main point of contact for external clients, so an excellent telephone manner is essential. You will be used to working to tight deadlines with a flexible and positive approach to work. We are looking for a talented individual who can identify problems and implement a solution quickly and efficiently without causing disruption to our client base.
