Spanish Operations Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly company and use your Spanish language skills.
Liaising with Spanish suppliers on behalf of the company including hotels and restuarants and coach companies, both written and verbal.
Administration of client booking system.
Phone reception duties.
Sales and general correspondence with clients.
Ad hoc admin tasks - research to aid company development.
Willingness to travel to Spain if required.
Good standard of education
Fluency (written and spoken) Spanish
High level IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
Flexible and able to multitask
Attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
