Qube Global Software Ltd. have a long heritage in leading the market in IT, developing and delivering a suite of software applications for the Property and Facilities Management arena. With the stability of an established company and the energy of a start-up, we’re an expanding and lively place to work, with our London office being the base for around 85 people, and a similar number elsewhere in the UK. While you may not have heard of us we provide vital solutions for many of the biggest and well-known household names and high profile organisations across the UK, Europe and in the rest of the world.
Qube believes in challenging its employees to better themselves and is an excellent place for people who are ambitious, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Software development is a key aspect of the roles available but we don't believe in just recruiting coders. Working in a team of energetic, like-minded staff you will be responsible for every aspect of the product lifecycle. Our career path can take talented new recruits either along a fuller technical route, or into business analysis and consultancy. You’ll be guaranteed a taste of all these areas as part of our Graduate Programme so together we can explore where your skills and aspirations fit best.
What is exciting about working for us?
We provide an in-depth technical training programme, arming you with the skills needed to operate in a fast paced environment using the latest toolkits. After an initial programme of self-paced, mentor-led training, you’ll be placed into the commercial environment so that your lessons learnt can be put into practice. An on-going process of training and appraisals will ensure that you’re always equipped with the knowledge necessary to work at the highest level.
We offer a competitive salary package and other benefits such as private healthcare, pension scheme, cycle scheme, travel loan & childcare vouchers, plus all the perks of being based in the heart of the City of London.
We’re looking for recent graduates, or those who are still in their final year. Specific programming language experience is not necessary, although we always welcome applications from candidates who have previously worked with C#, Java, Oracle or SQL. You must have excellent communication skills and a good degree result (or predicted result) in IT/Computer Science or similar, or an MSc course in an IT subject. Either way you must have a strong interest in software development, as this will form the basis of the start of your career with Qube.
