Contribution payments to your student loan, healthcare, Denplan and a company contributor pension are all our standard perks but with the added bonus of tea and toast delivered to your desk, a shirt ironing service and a whole host of parties for you to enjoy.
The Training and Development manager is there to support you from day 1! A structured training programme already in place to ensure you are given the best start for a successful career with us. Future managers play a big part in your induction so you can later assess which sales team you would like to join.

Employee profile: Lynette Wilkins
Deputy Sales Team Leader
Since I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 2:1 BA in Business Economics in June 2004 I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do. After seeing the job advert for Softcat in a local paper I decided to apply. I wasn’t sure I wanted to go into a sales role but after attending an assessment day I knew it was somewhere I wanted to work. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and it’s a place where working hard gives great rewards with good commission and loads of incentives.
Having very little IT knowledge was not a problem when I started as we had a couple of weeks of intense training on everything you needed to know. Once you join a team you have plenty of support and direction in how to be successful at Softcat.
If Softcat sounds like a company you could excel in, hit apply now to send us your CV. We look forward to hearing from you!
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK without a permit to apply for this role
