Salary Circa £33,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Our client is an established international company, with significant manufacturing operations throughout Europe specialising in private label and contract manufacturing of laundry, household cleaning and personal care products.
This key role will report directly to the Finance Manager and have responsibility for a small team.
Within this role you will produce timely and accurate financial information and will be responsible for the development of management information systems and procedures. You will assist in raising Capital Expenditure applications and prioritising projects with cost savings. You will produce annual budgets and forecasts, while supervising and motivating staff; continually developing those who report directly to you to ensure continuity and capability within the team.
Candidates for this role should be a CIMA/ACCA finalist or be newly qualified with experience of working within a manufacturing environment. They are looking for people with experience of managing and developing staff and the ability to work on their own initiative. You must possess good attention to detail and have a methodical approach to your work coupled with strong communication skills. You must be able to influence, challenge and interact within all business processes. Although not essential, knowledge and experience of SAP would be an advantage.
