We are an international food manufacturing business working with world-leading brands. We are now seeking a talented graduate to join our rapidly expanding business and help take our business forward in line with our long term growth plans.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an exciting and dynamic industry with real responsibility from day one. The purpose of this role is to oversee the effective operation of production processes from raw material to finished product including:

• Management of staff including providing training and support
• Coordinating production activities
• Continuous improvement in processes
• Monitor quality of products

This role requires an individual with strong people and communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, leadership skills and attention to detail.

Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate will hold a degree in Food Science or related but must have relevant work experience including people management.

A full European driving license is also essential.
