WHAT S THE JOB?

The role of a Senior Sales Consultant with Discovery Graduates is fast moving and exciting! At the forefront of the business, with your experience, expertise and professionalism we would expect you to be client facing from day one and you will be responsible for the steady flow of new clients and opportunities.

Our service offering covers the full lifecycle of a graduate programme where we provide a range of services to our clients. It is very much a strategic and consultative sales process whereby you will use your expertise to identify the most appropriate solution for your client.

This is a proactive role whereby you will use your experience and skills to successfully introduce Discovery to a new audience. You will be highly competent at cold calling, attending client meetings and delivering presentations at a senior level. Your sales maturity will have taught you the importance of productive activity, delivering on targets and resilience; working in a highly competitive marketplace.

This role will include: -

  • Prospecting for new business and opportunities to support our clients.
  • Solving problems by providing innovative solutions.
  • Working to targets and KPI s.
  • Attending client meetings, networking events, industry events and exhibitions.
  • Being involved in aspects of the assessment and candidate selection process to support your clients.
