So where do you come in?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an interest in developing their career in recruitment in a new business generating role. You will be required to identify client prospects and generate interest for appointments and sales opportunities alongside sourcing candidates and getting involved in interviewing and assessing on our Discovery Day.

What you need to demonstrate?
You must be able to demonstrate an appreciation of the graduate market and experience in the recruitment industry as well as sales achievement in a targeted environment.
We are looking for business focused individuals who have demonstrable competencies including teamwork, organisation and strong interpersonal skills.
You must have attained a minimum of BBC at A Level or equivalent and a 2:2 degree, and have knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Full UK Driving Licence.
