We are looking for high calibre, flexible graduates who have the potential to become rising stars within our Sales function.
The programme lasts for 2 years during which you will take on several roles within the business as well as being involved in a number of cross-functional project activities. All the roles will help you progress towards a Sales role at the end of the programme. This is a real opportunity for you to shine and contribute to our business.
For the first part of the programme you will find yourself placed in one of the following areas: Sales/Sales Support, Business Processing or Asset Management.
Training & Development
You will take part in the Siemens Graduate Development Programme. This will involve developing your team working ability, commercial and financial understanding, and your presentation skills.
Alongside this, you will also benefit from regular dialogues with your placement manager and tailored development around the placements that you undertake.
As part of your development, you will be assigned a graduate mentor who will help you to enhance your performance and reach your potential.
We are looking for graduates from any degree discipline with a minimum 2:2 degree.
To be considered for this programme you must have a minimum of 1 years work experience obtained either pre-university, during an industrial placement, on a part-time basis during university or since graduating.
A sales or customer services background will be extremely advantageous, but we will still strongly consider anyone who possesses high aptitude in the following skills required.
We are looking for graduates who are flexible and adaptable in their approach and have great interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to contribute positively in a team working environment, and have a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
You will be expected to take a very hands-on approach and relate well to our customers on a daily basis. From very on early on in your career you’ll find yourself contributing and making decisions about how we work.
You must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.

The role will be based in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire and applicants must be mobile within the UK and be able to work at other locations on a temporary basis.
