Flow Operations Scheduler / Coordinator

Exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or graduate.
Our client provides a comprehensive asset data collection, analysis and information management service for the environmental and infrastructure sectors and has been providing an internationally accredited portfolio of services for over 20 years. They currently operate in the following sectors: water and wastewater measurement services and equipment supplies; geomatics including land and measured building surveys; and asset and infrastructure survey and data management.
They are looking for an experienced administrator to support the Water Technology Operations Department by effectively scheduling maintenance and installation for their crews. You will identify and prioritise installations and maintenance for the department to meet contractual obligations. Organising permits to work for site visits and necessary authorisations for site access, you will also monitor and prioritise all incoming alarms.
The successful candidate will have previous proven administration experience, or be of graduate calibre, with at least 12 months commercial experience. You will have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work within a team and on your own. Computer literate, you must have a good attention to detail and a “can do “attitude. This role requires a flexible and proactive individual who is logical and good problem solver.
