We are a successful and growing company within the labels industry with great ambitions to expand our team. As a Sales Manager within our Sales team you will be reporting to the Head of Sales, and will be responsible for communicating product information to prospective buyers through both inbound and outbound sales call activity. As the first point of contact, customer service and product knowledge is extremely importance. You will need a professional and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the sale to include co-ordinating orders and deliveries with all relevant departments and companies.
The focus is on winning new business. You must be tenacious and have the ability to deal with rejection and keep going. You will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and ensuring you are meeting their needs and they are getting the results they desire. The environment is fast-paced and energetic. Being target driven is a must.
You duties in the role will include proactively generating sales leads through cold calling activity, dealing with incoming sales enquiries and answering questions about our products and services. Also you role will include liaising with external suppliers to ensure the delivery of the labels within the agreed deadlines, participating in regular team meetings and dealing with administration in an accurate manner.
The key qualities and skills we require for this role is an enthusiastic and sales focused approach. Excellent customer service skills are of the utmost importance and the ability to demonstrate your ambition and ability to work to deadlines set for you.
