We are adding an additional Graduate Sales Executive to join our ever expanding team and are looking for an individual with the requisite skills.

We are looking for a smart and articulate individual who is more like a business person or consultant who can sell rather than a traditional salesperson.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience and knowledge)
  • Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate effective listening
  • Understand the business issues and concerns of business owners and executive level decision makers
  • Must have an excellent phone manner
  • Articulate and has excellent communication skills
  • Keen to learn and grow with the business
  • Has a sound understanding of online marketing as it relates to B2B businesses
  • Commercial acumen
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and clean targeting list/database
  • Create sales opportunities at cold accounts and pass to quota carrying sales people
  • Effective use and understanding of a CRM system
  • Improve sales and product knowledge to prepare for next sales role
  • Grow skills and understanding of inbound and content marketing
  • Take part and contribute to ongoing sales training

 

The successful candidate will not be responsible for the entire sales process only finding opportunities through our new prospecting process, qualifying them and passing them to sales people who carry a quota. Graduate Sales Executive will be compensated for each qualified opportunity they pass to quota carrying sales people.
