Job Title: Sales Administrator
We are a leading international supplier of textile testing, quality control and laboratory equipment with offices in America, China and the UK. The UK office is responsible for sales in all other countries outside the Americas and China and we are looking for a graduate to join our team and co-ordinate the day- to- day running of the sales office if you are successful in this position there is the opportunity to progress quickly into a managerial position.
Your role would be making sure quotes are answered efficiently and quickly, and all enquiries and problems are dealt with and directed to the relevant departments. Our company also attends various exhibitions around the World. It would be your responsibility to arrange all these exhibitions, ensuring that equipment is available for shipping on time and also arranging hotel and flight arrangements for all the international offices.
We are looking for a graduate with a Textile or related degree who is well organized, hardworking and who has excellent communication skills. The applicant is required to be proficient in using Excel spreadsheets and giving power point presentations.
