Once you’ve been through the comprehensive training and induction period, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates and managing your own client base, so you will need the ability to build excellent client relationships whilst managing the needs of your candidates. You will become an expert in your specialist area and the results you achieve will be a direct result of your ability, enthusiasm and hard work.
