Graduate Opportunities in Recruitment - non-agency
NOTICE: This job has now expired and will not be accepting any more
Interested in a career in recruitment but don’t want to work for a recruitment agency?
Look no further than Omni….
Are you a talented graduate? Are you looking for a challenging role in a company that values determination, hard work and ambition?
If so we’d love to hear from you!
We’re Omni, the UK’s leading independent Recruitment Process Outsourcer and have been around for ten years. Due to our rapid growth in 2007, we’re looking to take on up to ten graduates in 2008.
Resourcing Consultants are key to our organisation and perform a business-critical role; without great Resourcers we wouldn’t be where we are today. You will be taking responsibility for finding the candidates that our clients need to fill their job vacancies. You will therefore need to be building strong relationships with candidates and searching the internet to source the most suitable individuals. You will be working on existing client accounts, so there will be no cold-calling to drum up new business. We are an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) NOT a recruitment agency which means we partner the HR departments of our clients and manage their recruitment on their behalf. We also don’t have the long hours and pressurised working environment you can find in agencies.
We don’t need you to have experience but we do need:
- good motivation,
- excellent communication skills,
- a positive attitude and approach to work.
We’re a company that strongly believes in promoting from within, therefore our Resourcing Consultants will be the Senior Resourcers and Account Managers of tomorrow. The experience you will gain from this role will stand you in excellent stead to manage, deliver, and maintain our client account. We expect you to be at this level within a year’s time.
As well as the excellent career development opportunities, we also offer a great package that encompasses attractive rewards including a great starting salary, 25 days holiday and commission.
Happiness at work is one of the most important elements of our business style, so we have employee-led benefits such as flexible working, activity days, competitions, personal development plans, and even consultations with a nutritionist. We pride ourselves on our fun and friendly working environment and regularly hold fundraising events in the office as well as organising out of hours social activities.
