PACKAGE: £26,000 - £32,000 (DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE) + BONUS + BENEFITS

WHAT'S THE JOB?

Working with operations you will take ownership for managing the resource team function and ensuring delivery on the graduate recruitment campaigns from start to finish.

With a background in recruitment of at least two years experience together with management experience, whilst delivering on your own campaigns you will be well placed to plan the necessary resource, guiding and directing the team with agility and flexibility to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding results.

 
You may well have come from the traditional agency route (on either the client or candidate side) or from an in-house recruitment function where your work has been volume driven and fast paced.

This is a very exciting role for someone looking to broaden their experience and continue to build the hugely important resourcing side of the business.

This role will include: -

  • Identifying suitable graduates by searching databases in line with agreed criteria and targets.
  • Conducting competency based telephone interviews.
  • Formally assessing talent by way of competency based assessment centres.
  • Carrying out competency and strength based face to face interviews.
  • Briefing candidates on roles and the opportunities they offer.
  • Managing feedback, offers and rejections accordingly.
  • Being client facing where required, attending client meetings and briefings.
  • Being involved, supporting and /or facilitating client assessment centres.
  • People management, responsible for training, your team s personal development and providing support.
  • Being part of the management team.
  • Providing reporting and forecasting in to the senior team.
