Researcher / Assistant Recruitment Consultant - Finance & IT Recruitment

Initially established two years ago to provide interim and permanent IT and Business Change Management professionals to the Insurance, Retail Banking and Investment Banking sectors. They have expanded this year into Finance recruitment solutions and are continuing this expansion to Risk and Human Resources divisions.

Trainee’s spend their first week under the wing of the Delivery Manager, who is an ex-consultant with over 5 years experience of the company since their inception. You will be guided through the systems, policies and procedures. Trainees are shown research methods and work to specific revenue and candidate generation targets to receive regular bonuses and incentives for their work. Trainees spend six months developing their research skills and their market knowledge providing support to the billing managers.
Trainees can potentially become Assistant Consultants, and then progress to a Billing Manager. Graduates will be assigned to a specific market area and will begin developing their client relationships. Guided by either an ex Lloyds underwriter and top global biller for one of the worlds foremost consultancies through the Insurance market or by a Finance specialist consultancy with over seven years experience at two of the worlds biggest brand consultancies. Trainees will begin the full life cycle, and begin to earn full commission.
Graduates must be of a good standard with a minimum of 2:2 degree and preferably with some sales experience. This is a young consultancy presided over by an ambitious and highly successful Managing Director. Most importantly trainee recruitment consultants must display the desire, and drive for success, the financial motivation and the professionalism reflected across the teams.
