Regional Business Manager / Learning and Development Sales

Salary £35,000 + Bonus + Car + Mobile + Private Medical Insurance

Covering Gloucestershire, Avon (Bristol), Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire and South Wales

Our client is the only Chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence.  They have more than 86,000 individual members and 400 corporate members and have been providing forward-thinking advice and support on management and leadership for more than 60 years. 

 

Due to business growth, the company currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Business Manager to join their organisation and cover the South West and South Wales. They require a highly organised, confident and capable sales manager who will excel in working to targets and deadlines. As this role is field based you must have a full driving licence and be a self motivated person able to work on your own initiative as well as being comfortable with travel.

 

In this role you will develop strategic plans to increase business and revenue, whist maintaining existing relationships and expanding existing business where possible. You should have demonstrative experience in generating new business leads and account management to maximise the potential from your clients. As an ambassador for CMI you will be expected to lead by example and champion our services where ever possible. As a self motivated, high achiever you will be expected to hit targets to achieve a healthy bonus. Our client trust their people and give full autonomy to the Sales Managers; in return they expect commitment, hard work and success. You will report into an Area Manager who you can take the opportunity to draw knowledge and experience from.

 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in consultative selling. A born communicator, you should be able to influence at a senior level. We pride ourselves on being experts in our field so an up to date knowledge of business issues affecting management and leadership is essential as well as excellent PC skills. In this role you will be responsible for making rational, realistic and sound decisions in a timely fashion; there is no time for crumbling under pressure.
