Location: Birmingham City Centre
Package: £16,500 - £20,000 (dependent on experience)

What's the job?

This role is vital to support our recruitment team in ensuring the smooth delivery and quality of our campaigns.  In this role you research and identify exceptional talent to progress though our exhaustive process.

You will have full ownership for carrying out all allocated administrative operational tasks, including (but not limited to): uploading CVs to our CRM system; liaising with candidates to ensure the best possible experience for them; take responsibility for the end-to-end administration of our recruitment process and updating our candidates with notifications and feedback on their applications.

We have seen members of our administrative team make significant and impressive improvements to our business through continuous improvement drives and understanding that how they contribute, can, and does have great impact on the business and our clients as a result.



  • Education, Competencies and Aptitude:
  • Be highly articulate and possess strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a personal drive and ambition to achieve the best results for our clients, our colleagues and the company.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to present yourself with confidence and contribute to discussions.

  • Live within commutable distance to Birmingham or be willing to relocate.
  • Full UK driving license.
