We are looking for candidates with a minimum of six months experience in a high street recruitment environment or a strong background of B2B sales with a proven track record of developing and maintaining business to join this company. You should have a desire to progress your career and increase you earning potential in a very short period of time. A team player with excellent communication skills you will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You must be ambitious enough to motivate yourself and run your desk without micro management.

As either a temporary or permanent recruitment consultant you will be responsible for finding, interviewing, matching and placing suitable candidates into positions within the existing client base and also developing and servicing new business. There is a strong team ethic within the office so working as an effective member of the team would be essential. The focus will be on you growing the client base throughout the surrounding areas and our client will endeavour to provide you with all resources necessary to source candidates for any business generated.
Although this is a target driven environment consultants are given the autonomy to run their desk as their own business and the environment is mature in the sense that you will not be micro managed. On top of that the support offered by management is exceptional, the training is ongoing and the earning potential is excellent.
