Basic c. £20k, OTE £35k. Excellent training and benefits.
Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months experience in recruitment, or have 12 months B2B sales experience, be self-motivated, professional, have excellent negotiation skills and possess a true hunger to be successful. Skills and experience are important, but personality and attitude are even more so, particularly if you're interested in becoming a successful Recruitment Consultant.Our client is keen to hear from confident, well-motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills, recruitment / sales experience and the ability to work well under pressure. You’ll also need to be a good team player and willing to learn new skills.
