The role

The RAF is seeking intelligent, ambitious graduates to join our worldwide team.

Are you quick on the uptake and fast to react? The RAF’s Intelligence Officers gather, analyse and provide defence intelligence – both in peace and war. It’s a highly specialised field that offers exciting opportunities within a fast-moving, international environment.

After completing your specialist training the opportunities are endless. You could be attached to the Tactical Imagery Wing, where you’ll manage the rapid interpretation of incoming reconnaissance imagery. You could be a Squadron Intelligence Officer producing intelligence assessments and briefing aircrews before their missions. You could be posted to the Joint Air Reconnaissance Intelligence Centre, or even to the Permanent Joint Headquarters, to assist in operational planning and management.
