We are looking for somebody who understands youth brands and youth culture to join our sales team.

Your responsibility will be to win business across the Bristol, Cardiff and Bridgend regions and to manage their advertising needs. This is a very consultative sell. We are looking for creative individuals that can offer total solutions to our clients. We offer everything from airtime, event sponsorship, web advertising, pod casting and direct flyering. You must be able to establish the package that will be right for your client and then have the hunger and drive to make the sale.

The Media industry is tough therefore you must be thick skinned! When you have a tough day you need to be resilient and have the enthusiasm to pick yourself back up. We want highly driven graduates that can motivate themselves and help take this business to the next level.

To help you become successful in this role you will spend time developing your skills with both on the job training and external courses. You will spend time shadowing the different departments, visiting our other regional offices and working very closely with other members of the sales team.

With a good basic salary and an uncapped commission structure your earning potential is in your own hands. Outstanding individuals will progress into business development and managerial positions. The company is dynamic and if you have the right attitude you can influence the shape of the company and become a key member of the group.
