The role involves being fully trained in the following areas:
Maximise expenditure from a portfolio of agencies through creative and innovative responses to planning requests.
Follow up proposals with excellent negotiation skill s to ensure that business opportunities are maximised across the stations.
Prioritise workload and to maintain high level of administration across portfolio.
Maintain excellent knowledge of all agency portfolios and harness relationships with key agency contacts.
The right candidate will be confident, self-motivated who is keen to join the highly successful and committed sales team. They must be proactive, able to use their own initiative and eager to pursue a career in a fast paced and challenging environment.
As a Planning Coordinator your principle objective will be to administer all in house business across a designated portfolio of agencies. Working closely with the account team you will sell across all of the stations and converse confidently with agency contacts as well as internally across the sales floor.
