Merson Signs Limited is looking for a graduate with strong analytical skills, who will improve current project management procedures, processes and project profitability. The graduate will work along-side existing Project Managers through projects of varying sizes and complexity in various different departments within the business to get an overview of existing procedures and the business as a whole. The successful candidate will then be expected to make Lean Management and Process Improvement recommendations to Senior Management, which should result in improved project performance in terms of process and profitability. This is a 12 month placement, with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter, based in East Kilbride.
