What is exciting about this role?
You will be involved in a variety of projects and activities including delivering technical support and product solutions to clients. This opportunity will also involve meeting clients and providing professional training. We are looking for this candidate to train, develop and progress though the business to replace our Senior Metallurgist and become an expert within the field.

We are a unique centre of excellence, offering a wide range of products and services to the spring industry supply chain, as well as non-spring components, including all kinds of spring research. We manufacture spring types, spring end users, spring material, machinery and consumable suppliers.
One aspect of our business is a training company. Our training courses are designed to give employees the leading edge in spring technology and internal training of our staff is paramount.
So where do you come in?
The successful candidate will be expected to organise individual investigations to provide practical solutions, and produce the final written technical reports that are supplied to our customers. As experience is gained the successful applicant will be expected to deliver training courses in all aspects of spring technology, which are increasingly delivered within the UK, as well as Europe, USA and Asia.

What you need to demonstrate?
Applicants are likely to have an honours degree or higher in engineering or metallurgy and will be required to show expertise in understanding and solving problems
