Part Time Administrator Opportunities (Administrative Support / Customer Service - Housing Management)
2 Part Time Posts each 17.5 hours – Mornings or Afternoons

Our client is an established housing association providing affordable quality housing to buy or rent. They are seeking two part time Housing Management Administrators, one to work mornings Monday to Friday, the other to work afternoons, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to either the Income Manager or Housing Services Manager, depending on whether you work mornings or afternoons, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of administrative tasks such as updating and maintaining records, dealing with telephone enquiries, producing tenant committee papers and minutes, processing incentive payments and invoices, and producing statistical reports. From time to time you may be required to provide call centre cover.
Candidates for this role must be experienced administrators used to working in a busy office with multiple priorities and where the analysis and collation of statistical data has been required.
Preferably a graduate (or equivalent), you must enjoy analysis and possess good planning and organising skills as well as being flexible and able to work with limited supervision. Experienced in the use of MS Office and Outlook, you must be customer focussed and a strong communicator.
