Matrix Uniforms are recruiting for an Online Marketing & Design specialist to join its small, talented & creative team. In this role, you will help plan and design marketing campaigns and ultimately be accountable for online design, visual identity and brand awareness. An in-depth knowledge of marketing is essential to this role.

Primarily you will be in charge of creative marketing, and ensuring our website, email campaigns, brochures and social media reflect the Matrix Uniforms brand. As we will also employ a Digital Media technician, the role of the Online Marketing & Design Specialist does not require a technical knowledge of web development, but knowledge of the Adobe creative suite and experience with a CMS will be extremely helpful.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

•        Devising relevant subject matter for online marketing campaigns, banners, landing pages and branding awareness campaigns

•        Upgrading the volume, frequency, relevance and timeliness of existing design and media outputs

•        Increasing customer loyalty through the development of online marketing initiatives

•        Working as part of an exciting team, developing a visual style for advertising campaigns and promoting the company’s offerings online

•        Running Social Media Campaigns and analysing their impact

•        Building our brand identity and reflecting this in all areas of the businesses marketing

•        Remaining aware of competitors and market changes allowing us to stay one step ahead

•        Knowledge of foreign markets and international marketing would be beneficial, but not required.

Skills / Experience

Essential

•        Strong passion for E-commerce

•        Understanding of online marketing concepts and trends

•        Experience with design and creativity

•        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•        Excellent team-working skills

•        The ability to brainstorm concepts, create mock-ups, finalize designs and launch marketing campaigns.

Ideal

•        Some experience and/or knowledge of running Social Media campaigns

•        Knowledge of Analytics preferred

•        Ideally some experience/Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and In Design

•        Experience designing web banners and email templates

•        Some knowledge and/or experience of CMS would be extremely helpful

•        Knowledge of foreign markets and international marketing would be beneficial, but not required.

Qualifications

•        Any relevant degree qualification.

•        An in-depth knowledge of marketing is preferred for this role.
