MIS Systems Support Administrator Circa ú16,000 - ú18,000 pa Hull, East Yorkshire Our client is part of the family owned William Jackson & Son Group of companies. Market leader in frozen Yorkshire puddings, the brand and its range of products have grown significantly in recent years to become one of the fastest growing brands in frozen foods, offering a wide range of meal accompaniments and traditional desserts to its retailer customers. Building on the strength of the brand, our clientsÆ business has over recent years invested significantly in plant, product development and its teams. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a MIS Systems Support Administrator. Reporting to the MIS Manager, the successful candidate will co-ordinate the centralised MIS support function. Your main responsibilities will include: ÀProviding primary contact in to the department for all support calls. ÀCall logging and allocation of work to the support function ÀTo work in conjunction with existing team and provide necessary absence cover ÀTo provide feedback to end users on closure of all support calls ÀOther tasks/projects as necessary The successful candidate should hold at least 3 years experience in a similar environment; a Degree in IT/Business related course is desirable but not essential. Strong IT skills are essential such as knowledge of EDI, Windows 2000, Client server and more. You will hold a full UK driving licence, be a good communicator and have good organisational skills.
