Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as central owner for management of all administrative activities related to pursuit of member service and commercial objectives across a 125-member pool
  • Lead scheduling efforts for team members in pursuit of same goals, including orientation calls, on-site research presentations, commercial conversations, team meetings, etc
  • Document and track member service activities and ensure integrity of member data in member management database
  • Prepare appropriate materials for team activities or member visits
  • Partner with account management team to identify key issues in renewal decisions and take appropriate action to provide service solutions
  • Understand the research terrain for the membership; monitor industry trends and institutional issues

  • Play a central role in ensuring a the member management team is providing the highest level of service to our members
  • Engage in conversation with senior executives at Global 2000 companies around key elements of our product and service
  • Have direct exposure to the most challenging problems faced by senior managers at large companies today, as well as CEB's thinking in response to those problems
  • Work along side a group of bright and energetic colleagues
