People Positive in Aviemore are looking for a Graduate Placement:  Media & IT Project Co-ordinator.  We are looking for a candidate who has obtained their qualification in the last 4 years.  On offer is a varied role which will challenge you on a daily basis.  You will be involved in the delivery of a wide range of projects and work scopes across the business.

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who has obtained their qualification (degree or HND) in the last 4 years.  On offer is a varied role which will challenge you on a daily basis.  You will be involved in the delivery of a wide range of projects and work scopes across the business.

Job overview: 

•        Facilitate the transfer of existing systems to cloud-based operations

•        Client records

•        Knowledge ‘Oracle’ for Associates

•        Operational systems including financial management

•        Co-ordinate a re-branding roll-out and associated new website & business development activities

•        Significant investment already started – joining us at the brand launch stage

•        Liaising with integrated corporate communications consultancy contracted to our project

•        Integrate with our business support team in operational activities

•        Involved in running a very busy international operation

•        Finding solutions to logistical challenges

•        Working in a great team!

 Qualifications

•        Degree or HND in relevant discipline
