Mechanical Engineering Graduates

Reporting to the project manager you will be responsible for the development of innovative drilling tools for the oil industry. Some of the clients you could be working for include BP and Shell. You will be required to work in small teams in order to complete projects which can last from around 8 months to a couple of years. Your role will involve the development and testing of new products.
Your career will be anything but static and we expect you to take early responsibility for your own career.
Over time, you have the flexibility to move between functions, technologies, and geographies.

The Right Graduate
You will be a mechanical engineering graduate (min 2.1) with a masters and possess good communication skills in order to work effectively within small teams. Experience of MATHCAD and MATLAB would be beneficial.
